Hello!  My name is Mrs. Burns and I have been teaching in Queen Bee District 16 for 20 years.  I am a 4th grade teacher at Amerciana Elementary School.  I have taught other grades in the district, but 4th grade is my favorite.  

I love spending time with my husband and 3 kids.  I have twins named Meghan and Colin who are 13 and in 8th grade and my daughter Emma is 8 and in 3rd grade.  I also have a dog named Mona.  In my spare time I enjoying watching Netfilx, Amazon Prime Video, tapping dancing, and taking walks with my family.   Some of my favorite things are Dr. Pepper, Taco Bell, llamas, and The Beatles.
