Welcome to 2nd Grade!

My name is Miss Tran and I will be a 2nd grade teacher at Glen Hill School. Recently I graduated from Illinois State University in May 2020 and this will be my first year teaching. Through these unexpected times, I have many goals I would like to achieve as a first-year teacher. I want to ensure that I’m providing a safe space for students to connect with their peers and to bring positivity into their lives. As a teacher, I value principles like embracing strengths and differences and promoting a strong work ethic in students. I hope I can continually inspire students to see the world through different lens and challenge them to the best of my ability.
