Hi! I am the STEM educator at Glen Hill School. Welcome to my page!

Our district uses the Project Lead the Way curriculum as our instructional STEM program.  STEM education encourages students to think outside the box, challenge themselves in new ways, learn to become problem solvers and critical thinkers, and develop a growth mindset.  Our main approach to learning in STEM will be through project-based learning that focuses on Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math.  This will be a safe place for students to make mistakes, share different ideas and ways of thinking, and most importantly have fun! As teachers and students learn and discover together, education becomes more engaging and meaningful for everyone. 

Some Fun Facts About Me!

-I have been working in education for 12 years. Prior to being a STEM educator, I taught in the classroom (grades 3-5).

-My Degrees: Bachelors in Elementary Education with a minor in Child Psychology. Masters with a dual endorsement of English Language Learners and Special Education

- I enjoy traveling the world to explore different places and learn about new cultures.

-I can speak two languages (English and Punjabi).

-My family is extremely important to me and I love spending time with them.

-I LOVE my job! =)
